Refrigerator clean out. Check.
Filling and delicious. Check.
Included in this salad is romaine lettuce, baby spinach, deli ham, poached chicken, tomato, red onion, carrots, hard boiled egg, avocado, and mushroom.
I typically leave salads dry, so we can change up the dressing throughout the meal or over the course of the week.
It's summer time. It's time for you to go and make a salad. Go eat it outside. You'll thank yourself.
